Matvei Michkov, a forward for the Philadelphia Flyers, recently expressed his admiration for Ivan Demidov, the Montreal Canadiens' prospect, in an interview.
Known for their spontaneous temperaments, Michkov and Demidov played together in the SKA program in Russia, although Michkov is a year older and made his KHL debut earlier.
Michkov stated that he would be thrilled to play alongside Demidov in the NHL, even though it is not yet possible.
