The Edmonton Oilers are in the Stanley Cup semi-finals against the Dallas Stars.

One of the Oilers' players, former Montreal Canadiens player Brett Kulak, is being criticized for his performance and questionable decisions on the ice. His recent mistake on the Stars' first goal in the first game has particularly drawn attention.
See for yourself:
Kulak joined the Oilers after a trade with the Canadiens on March 21, 2022. In return, Montreal received William Lagesson, a 2022 second-round pick, and a 2024 seventh-round pick. The second-round pick turned into Lane Hutson, a promising young talent, considered by some to be as valuable as a fifth overall pick.
This trade, though less discussed than those of Kirby Dach and Alex Newhook, has proven to be a masterstroke for Kent Hughes and the Montreal Canadiens.
Hutson has already scored 2 points in 2 games with the CH this season.
