Alex Turcotte, a promising young forward and friend of Cole Caufield and Trevor Zegras, has been suggested by analyst Simon Boisvert as a potential acquisition for the Montreal Canadiens.

Despite his immense talent, Turcotte has often been slowed down by injuries.
In a recent episode of the podcast "Processus," Boisvert suggested that Turcotte could be acquired at a relatively low cost due to his injury history, but he represents a player always ready to put in a constant effort, making him a potential asset for a team.
"Turcotte has been unlucky with injuries, but I think he is someone I might try to acquire—with modest expectations—with a modest offer because I've noticed he's a guy who always puts in an effort. A player who puts in an effort can always become useful in your lineup. However, at the moment, we're talking about a supporting player, not a complementary player, but really a supporting player," said Simon Boisvert.

Currently considered a supporting player, he could still make a useful contribution.
Selected 5th overall in the 2019 draft, Turcotte has shown his potential with solid performances in the AHL and NCAA.
Boisvert believes that this young player could be a good acquisition for the Canadiens, especially if the acquisition cost remains low.
